James Marion "Mack" Bryant, age 58, departed this life on August 18, 2017, at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, GA. He was born in Abbeville, SC, to the late James and Beatrice Smith Bryant. He attended McCormick County Public Schools and was a member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church. He was a former warehouse employee and enjoyed working and helping people. He was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda L. Banks.Surviving are a wife, Christine Bryant of Calhoun Falls, SC; two daughters Alexis Bryant and Faicia Bryant, both of Calhoun Falls, SC; two sons, Catline Bryant of Calhoun Falls, SC, and Jeremila Tinch of Columbia, SC; eight sisters, Rose Ella Jackson of North Carolina, Shirley Bryant of Greenville, SC, Irene Bryant of Mt. Carmel, SC, Jackie ( Neal ) Brown, Ida Bryant, Genevieve Bryant, all of Abbeville, SC; Hazel ( Stanley ) Terry of McCormick, SC, Lillie (Tracy) Anderson of Greenwood, SC, two brothers, James Bryant of Abbeville, SC, Richard (Rev. Shelia) Bryant of Greenwood, SC; five grandchildren, a special family, the Gray family of Mt. Carmel, SC; a special friend, Angela Seals of Washington, GA, and a host of other relatives and friends.Services will be Saturday August 26, 2017 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church with Rev. Anthony Dunlap and Bro. Adam E. Bryant, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home of a sister, Jackie and Neal Brown, 239 Old Douglas Mill Road. Viewing at the funeral home will be from noon until 8 p.m. Friday.Services entrusted to Brown and Walker Funeral Home.

Memorial Services will be held in the Garden of Rest at Crestview Memorial Park at 10 AM Thursday, August 17, 2017 with Pastor John Leggett of Fallspointe Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.Mr. Dabney was born May 8, 1938 in Wichita Falls to the late James Lyston Dabney and Leva Mae (Curtis) Dabney. He graduated Wichita Falls High School in 1956. He graduated from Draughns Business College and later attended M. S. U. During his career as an accountant, Leon worked for Bud Dillard, Perkins Timberlake, Estes Chemicals and retired from Golden Distributing Co. Leon was Church of Christ by faith and was a proud member of the Devol V. F D. He enjoyed antiques, especially cars. Leon also enjoyed building bird houses, woodworking in general and traveling by RV.Leon married Karen Kay Baber on September 2, 1988 in Wichita Falls and she survives him. Other survivors are his children, Debbie Dabney Calhoun, Ronnie Dabney and Susan Dabney, all of Wichita Falls; a step-daughter, Lisa Laminack and a step-son, Scott Laminack and his wife Regina, all of Devol, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Megan Calhoun, Dustin Calhoun and his wife Misty and Amanda McWhorter and her husband Michael; also three great grandchildren.The staff at Hospice of Wichita Falls were angels and the family expresses great appreciation.
